What is the difference between Starter and Plus?
Starter is the full workspace for a single owner: the weekly brief, signals, insights, recommendations, and the decision record. Plus adds team invitations and roles, so the people running the business share one picture and one record.
What does Founding Plus include?
Everything in Index8 Plus at $1,500 a year for the first 100 customers. The rate holds while the subscription stays active.
How does billing work?
Stripe handles checkout. From the customer portal in settings, switch between monthly and annual, move from Starter to Plus, or cancel. Index8 does not store card details.
Where does the information come from?
Index8 works from what it can observe: your market, your competitors, your reviews, and the numbers you bring into the workspace. Every insight lists its sources, so you can see exactly what a conclusion is built on.
Who can see my workspace?
Your team, and no one else. Workspaces are private to your organization. Nothing is published, listed in a directory, or included in search results.
