What does the Founding Customer Platform Package include?
Both Index8 Security and Index8 Trust. One guided setup that stands up your Security workspace and prepares your Trust Profile. A $199 monthly fee keeps templates, reminders, and the review cadence current. Founding-customer rate is locked for twelve months.
Can I start with one product and add the other later?
Yes. Start with Index8 Security Setup if you need the work engine first. Add Index8 Trust later when the profile is ready to share. Every Trust Profile draws from a Security workspace, so the Trust Setup includes the Security workspace by default.
Is the Founding Customer rate a subscription?
Yes. The platform package is a setup fee plus a monthly fee. The Setup-only plans are one-time purchases. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with thirty days notice.
How does Index8 help with cyber insurance renewals?
Index8 organizes common renewal topics like MFA, backups, employee training, policies, admin access, and incident response. Carrier and broker conversations are easier to prepare for. Final decisions stay with the insurer.
Will my Trust Profile be public?
No. Every Trust Profile starts private. Nothing is public by default, nothing is search-indexable, and Index8 does not list profiles in any directory. Owner-controlled share links use signed URLs with link expiry and one-click revoke.
